Mkoko House is a small, privately run house. This page explains, simply, what happens to the information you send us.
What we receive
When you use the enquiry form, your browser opens your own email programme with the details you entered — your name, email address, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and your message. The form does not send anything on its own and does not store your details on this website. We receive the email you choose to send at mkokohouse@gmail.com. If you write to us on WhatsApp, we receive your message and your WhatsApp phone number.
What we do with it
We use it only to answer your enquiry and, if you decide to stay, to arrange your visit. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone beyond what is needed to organise your stay. We keep enquiry messages in our email and WhatsApp accounts for as long as they are useful, and delete them when they are not.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first.
Other services
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Airbnb and Tripadvisor lead to services run by other companies, with their own privacy terms.
